Earn 5% back in Kohl’s Rewards when you shop online, in-store or via app. Calculated after discounts but before shipping and tax (Gift Cards and Kohl’s Care products excluded).

$5 of Kohl’s Rewards = $5 Blue Kohl’s Cash (Auto-Converted 1st of Month)

Kohl’s Cash will be emailed and/or added to your Kohl’s Account/App (if linked), there’s no physical coupon. Kohl’s Rewards should be added within 48 hours but, if not, contact Kohl’s with your receipt.

You can check your Kohl’s Rewards balance online, via the app or you can ask a store associate to look up your account.

Kohl's Rewards Benefit - Green Kohl's Cash Promo Events

Kohl’s Rewards members usually earn $5/$10 Green Kohl’s Cash for every $25/$50 Spent during Kohl’s Cash promotions.

These events pop up throughout the year (find them at Kohl’s Coupons) and they usually last 2 weeks. To earn the bonus Green Kohl’s Cash, you must reach the spend threshold after discounts and before tax.

Kohl’s Rewards members can sometimes earn $5 of Green Kohl’s Cash when they select Kohl’s Drop Off on Amazon returns.

Sometimes, you won’t get anything or you might get a different Kohl’s coupon.

Apart from the Kohl’s Cash benefit on select returns, the added benefit is that you don’t need to package the item when you use the Kohl’s Amazon return service.

Does Kohl's Cash Expire?

Yes Kohl’s Cash does expire but expiration dates vary:

• Blue Kohl’s Cash (From 5% Back) - Expires after 30 days (No Grace Period)

• Green Kohl’s Cash (From Promotions/Amazon Returns/Birthday) - Expiration varies (10 day grace period)

• Unconverted Kohl’s Rewards - Expire after 1 year

To take advantage of that 10 day grace period on ‘Expired’ Green Kohl’s Cash, you need to shop in-store (or over the phone if the sales associate isn’t aware of this rule).

How To Redeem Kohl's Cash & Exclusions

Whether it’s Blue or Green Kohl’s Cash, you redeem it in the same way:

• Redeem Online - Sign In To Kohl’s Rewards > Apply Kohl’s Cash at Checkout

• Redeem In-Store - Present Kohl’s Cash From Email/App Wallet or Ask Store Associate To Find Account

There are only a few exclusions. You can’t redeem Kohl’s Cash on Gift Cards, Kohl’s Care and Sephora products.

How Do Returns Affect Kohl's Cash?

If an item is returned, any earned Kohl’s cash will be removed from your account. If you return an item that you spent Kohl’s cash on, you’ll get a Kohl’s Cash voucher (valid for 30 days) equal to that amount, plus any money back that you spent.
