You can sign up to CVS ExtraCare online, on the CVS Pharmacy app or in-store. You don’t need a physical ExtraCare card. If you download the CVS Pharmacy app, you can create a digital card by adding your ExtraCare Card Number. You can also add your ExtraCare card to your mobile wallet (e.g. Apple Wallet).

Browse the CVS Weekly Ad for ExtraBucks offers that expire on a weekly basis (e.g. $5 ExtraBucks With $10+ Laundry Detergent Spend).
You only need to hit 98% of the spend threshold across all your CVS transactions before the offer expires (e.g. $10 Stated Minimum = $9.80 Actual Minimum). Spend is calculated on the pre-coupon value of the transaction.
If the offer has a few tiers (e.g. $5 ExtraBucks With $10+ Spend or $10 ExtraBucks With $20+ Spend), the 98% rule only applies to the higher spend threshold.
How To Check And Redeem ExtraBucks
View your ExtraBucks on the CVS website or app. There, you can send one or multiple ExtraBucks coupons to your card and they’ll be used automatically in-store. Alternatively, apply ExtraBucks directly to your CVS.com shopping cart. You can’t redeem ExtraBucks on Shipt or Instacart orders.

Yes, most ExtraBucks expire 90 days after the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, December). However, ExtraBucks valued under $1 expire at the end of each quarter, there’s no 90-day extension.
